This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by xain.tech, the website of Xatena Innovare S.L. (“Xain”), in accordance with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the cookie guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), serve a similar purpose and follow the same rules.
2. Our approach
- Without your consent, we do not set any analytics or advertising cookies and we do not send any data to Google Analytics.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Fonts and all other website resources are served from our own domain, with no third-party calls.

Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. More information: how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
4. How to accept, reject or change your choice
- On your first visit, the banner lets you accept or reject analytics with equal ease.
- You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop loading Google Analytics and delete its cookies from our domain.

- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
5. International transfers
Google may process analytics data outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More details in our privacy policy.
